Invitation letters for Visa applications can be obtained through Papercept. Here is the procedure:
1. Click here to go to Papercept or copy and paste the following link in your browser:
https://asme-dscd.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
2. Click on “Log in” to the right of DSCC 2011. Log in with your PIN and password.
3. You should then see a page with Workspace toward the bottom. Click on “Enter” next to “Author or proposer.”
4. You should see a table with your paper number in the left column. In the rightmost column, there is a link labeled “Choose an Option.” If you place your cursor over that link, you will get a set of options, one of which is “Request an acceptance letter.” When you click on that you will be taken to a new page that lets you print out your letter.
